Our team of experienced counsellors and coaches work primarily with children, youth, young adults (3-25) and their caregivers/parents. Select services are able to be offered outdoors or virtually.
In-person services are offered in Saskatoon and Rosetown.

Our Services

  • Child & Youth Counselling

    Support for a variety of issues related to juvenile & adolescent mental wellness & social-emotional well-being.

    Areas of support include anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-injury, emotional dysregulation, ADHD, ASD, disordered eating, self-esteem and more.

  • Family Counselling

    Family Sessions provide an opportunity for caregivers and child/ren to process, communicate and grow together.

    This is a great option for families wishing to explore regulation and coping strategies, especially for families who’ve experienced a transition or change.

  • Parent/Caregiver Counselling

    Caregiver/Parent Sessions provide an opportunity for caregivers to process, communicate and grow individually or with their partner/co-parents.

    This is a great option for caregivers wanting to explore how their own coping patterns and experiences impact their parenting

  • ADHD Coaching

  • Expressive Arts Therapy

    Expressive arts therapy is "an arts-based approach to psychotherapy that engages and supports individuals through a process of creative expression to help them reconnect with their inner resources...

    The expressive arts combine the visual arts, movement, drama, music, writing and other creative processes to foster deep personal growth and to act as catalysts for personal inquiry, discovery and growth (OEATA)."

  • Play Therapy

    Play therapy is a form of therapy that allows individuals to process their experiences and explore their emotions through the process of play.

    Play therapy is a developmentally specific form of therapy that allows a child to navigate difficult topics and learn new skills in a relevant and meaningful way.

  • Safe & Sound Protocol

    The SSP can restart the neural network to improve perception of the sounds of human connection. When the tone and prosody of human voice can be better processed, it can provide signals of safety and calm to the nervous system. Once a sense of safety is achieved, emotional resilience and nervous system regulation are possible.
